Dude looks like Jon Taffer in the lead shot.

Have you driven or owned one?

Ah. Point well taken!

Right. Compare the HP of a 1984 Vette to a 1984 Porsche or 1984 Ferrari and I think you're argument is void.

was that like 175 hp?

Uh, I'm not sure what Corvette you were driving but the automatic in 1984 still managed 7 seconds 0 - 60. And by 88 you were looking at sub-6 seconds. That was pretty fast for the 80's.

Ahem.....

The back looks like a cross between a 911 and a f type.

Hate to say it. I'm sure he's passionate and I appreciate his passion, but 5 minutes in, I couldn't take it anymore. Just explain you lost traction in the rain, dude. I don't need a 5 minute description of something which amounted to maybe 20 secs. Boring.

Someone will fork over twenty grand, I'm sure of it.

Now playing

And this is how to destroy a truck without blowing an engine.

The History Channel coverage was so annoying that I had to use closed captioning in order to at least try to sort out the facts, which still wasn't good enough.

Seemed like 3 actors trying to be announcers for the first time. The three of them didn't work together well at all, and the interviews were all really awkward.

I'm actually surprised that these didn't all sell for more moola. These are basically time capsules since they're practically brand new. Sure, it's a sin to not drive these cars, but now someone can enjoy a basically brand new 1958 pickup... as soon as they replace some obviously rusted or destroyed parts.

I just want to say History Channel's coverage of this was AWFUL!

Leno has an encyclopedic knowledge of cars that predate fuel injection. He is an expert on cars that you have never even heard of.

I love the new interior. But prefer my old exterior.

Track crushing monster? I didn't know the measly amount of hp/torque the E30 M3 had could be considered track crushing, even in its day.

Too bad we don't get the C63 wagon! The C-class is the best-looking Mercedes in the current design theme.
