Studies have routinely shown that people have more empathy for dogs than for humans (regardless of race). Largely because dogs are seen as helpless whereas humans, especially adult humans, are not viewed as such.  So that reaction doesn’t surprise me.

Honestly, it’s a weird car, but I feel like many of our drivetrain complaints/observations are more about EV’s in general and less about the etron specifically. EV ownership definitely has a learning curve.

2nd Gear: I think COVID19 will start motivating Millenials and GenZ to reconsider unanimously moving into large cities. If you can work remotely, why not get a house in the suburbs with more space at a cheaper cost than NYC? More suburban dwellers means more personal vehicles.
