But you said “what about the woman’s id she stole?” we have no evidence anyone was directly, negatively impacted (i.e. she could have just been using a random assortment of numbers). so, until you come up with some cold, hard evidence, i’m gonna reserve the entirety of my compassion who the one woman we KNOW for a

I know. That’s why I asked you what evidence you had that this woman, specifically, took someone else’s money or did anything at all that actually compromised her. Not general stats. Not assumed legal costs. I want you to defend your assumption with facts. You have a captive audience. I’m all yours if you wanna

LOL yeah in terms of “justice,” it’s America that’s getting the short end of this stick.

Actually, yeah you do in some cases. For example, there are amnesty programs, especially for people who came here as minors, as this woman did. You know absolutely nothing about the ins and outs of immigration law. Take a seat.

And what evidence do you have that this woman took money from the person whose SSN she used? You’re assuming a lot.

We’ll need someone smarter than me (and certainly smarter than you), to explain to us the intricacies of “identity theft,” but my understanding from the article is that she used the SSN to obtain employment, not to run around town pretending to be some fabulous white divorcee dropping $$ an Neiman’s.

I have the same question. I know a little bit more than “absolutely nothing” so bear with me, here - is this something ACLU would bother with? Is there another organization I should be donating to who can take this on? I want this admin to be called on every last violation.

same.

Who would take this on? I don’t know that it’s under the ACLU’s purview (and they have their hands full rn). I want this administration to get called on every fucking thing.

“Donald Trump, a cow patty,...”

Thanks! That makes sense.

To answer the title question: Nope! Sex positivity only goes so far if women are the only side of the equation buying in. The male half of the equation, in a playboy club, most assuredly are not.

See and I don’t have tolerance for misogynists - and I don’t think the crime of “disrupting” a show warrants the response she got from Lopez.

Yep, you did scale back in later comments.

I didn’t call you rude or mean (although, unless you’ve modified them in the last few minutes, your comments to Yesha were rude now that you mention it). I’m calling out your mission to explain this deeply unfunny joke and defend George Lopez.

Thanks - that about sums up what I was able to cobble together on my own :)

I see you’ve gone after Yesha, and now you’re coming for me, until we all agree with your POV. Save it.

Thanks! I have been noodling through this on my own (trying for the fun of it to see if I am smart enough to one day be president) to work through different scenarios and it makes sense that “strong” is a descriptor of the dollar’s position relative to other currencies, but is not a synonym for “we’re doing great!”

I am not a “really good businessman” and I have never campaigned on a national platform as such. But I am suddenly sooo curious about the answer. Do you happen to know?

OMG you’re as good a comedian as George Lopez.
