That’s pretty much what I did too, plus Twilight Princess HD. I bought some old Virtual Console games as well but never got too in depth with anything else Wii U. Hell, the first time I used an amiibo was to get Wolf Link in BotW.

I don’t understand why refunds on digital games are a thing. If you aren’t 100% sure that you will at least get “you money’s worth” out of a game (and you should never be 100% sure) don’t buy it day 1.

You can do it through the Miiverse on the Wii U but it’s not a very nice way of going about getting a screenshot. I wouldn’t recommend it.

You have to sign into the Miiverse (when you’re playing the game press the Home button and there should be a Miiverse option on the bottom) and there is a screen capture option after you open the Miiverse. Then you can sign into the Miiverse on your computer and get the screenshot from there.
