You should read more about the violence between Native American tribes before white people arrived on the continent. Your point about colonization is well taken, but people of all colors have been killing each other since the race began.

I still don’t completely understand the Scooter Braun issue. Lots of artists don’t have their own catalogs. Famously, Michael Jackson owned The Beatles’. It feels a little gross and dishonest the way Taylor is positioning it as some sort of misogynistic/sexist issue.

He has always had a reputation for being a prima donna asshole (like most star celebrities). Shaq and him famously had a strained relationship. People who grew up celebrating him have come to see his relentless competitiveness as a virtue
