I knew I was off but I was too lazy to look up my receipt! I just ordered mine over the weekend and paid the $5 to have my gamertag on the sleeve.

Similar to what Destiny did for the Moments of Triumph shirts. They’re listed on the store for something like $77,770 and you can only purchase one with a promocode you get for completing MoT. It works for the shirt only and when you do that it knocks it down to $24.99.
