The headwriter and executive producer of Superman and Lois used to be an executive producer and writer for The Flash. The Flash is considered by some to be the Arrowverse show that is the worst at portraying women.

Kreisberg happened; with another dozen or so shows Berlanti’s name is on, we can’t be that surprised if there’s another shitbag producer somewhere.

These show have had problems like this before (sexual harasser Andrew Kreisberg, anyone? He was for years one of the bosses), I wouldn’t write off her accusations.

I mean, there was the problem of one of the main showrunners being a serial sexual harasser and getting away with it for years...

who is proving to be the Alanis Morissette of her generation.

I mean, weren’t they together on and off for 10+ years? I’m assuming they met all of those criteria.

Is it the same guy that has to tell Bernie to stop mentioning all the good parts of Cuba?

Well...

I don’t think they did. Whilst the *specific events* shown didn’t happen, none of them is any worse than the many things that did.

Ok speaking as someone who was also mistreated by their parents, being “bitter” or angry can be part of the healing process, and no one is obligated to forgive their abuser. I take issue with this cultural narrative that it’s on the victim to forgive their abuser and if they don’t they’re small and petty and otherwise

Yeah, at the very least that didn’t fit into a story alongside mistakes like showing a video of the wrong Black guy.

Read the reviews before you come down here with your punditry about how reviews aren’t real reviews anymore, my dude. The reviewers are pretty clear that Dirt is a bad novel, in large part, because the stereotypes are so bad and so prevalent. You can’t excuse that kind of racism and view the writing apart from it when

In what the fuck way did Sonmez make a mistake? Ifl Michael Harriot, but don't act like Kobe didn't rape someone.

I am a Warren supporter with a husband who likes both her and Bernie. In all our conversations about the two, he keeps bringing up the fact that this country isn’t ready for a woman president. HE thinks she’s the best candidate, but he doesn’t think the COUNTRY is ready. I don’t think it registers with him that I find

It’s impossible to know what was said at the meeting, which was a private one; both clearly believe their version of events.

I’ve appreciated some of his documentaries, but I would be fine Moore just stuck to them and shut the fuck up the rest of the time.

It’s not surprising Michael Moore called Liz a “backstabber” like she’s the mean girl in high school.

Different societies have different gender norms, stereotypes, expectations, taboos, etc. Something that’s considered typically masculine in one place can be seen as typically feminine in another. Or during another time in history. A society develops ideas about what is considered feminine and masculine, as well as
