I mean, I can understand that these manly men racecar drivers don’t wear makeup, but they coulda tried harder to not use lighting that highlighted the red in their skin-tone so much.

It must vary by location, I know paying anything for shipping these days feels like paying “a butt ton” but I usually find that Rock Auto still comes out way less than ordering parts elsewhere. Their interface sure sucks, but I can usually find what I am looking for eventually... 

I know Fry’s Electronics is on it’s last legs, and it was never as wide spread as Best Buy or Circuit City, but I would put money on Fry’s having those... Fry’s has everything!

That must be regional, there are quit a few places you can buy sewing machines in Sacramento, CA. Unless you mean having them at big box stores, in which case, I fully believe that. Sewing is a fairly niche thing anymore.

Any particular examples for #2? I know I have been disappointed by the selection of certain items at stores like Target and Walmart but I can’t recall anything I couldn’t find at all...
