What’s up with the width of the Focus RS? I think you may have mixed “width with mirrors” with width without mirrors” because I have a hard time believing the RS is 8 inches wider than the Golf R and WRX STI especially when you consider their track is only different by 1-1.5".

Modern cars are increasingly isolated. Manufacturers have gotten so good at getting rid of NVH that they have to pipe back in some noise so that you can tell your sports car is on. Porsche is perhaps the best example of this, refined for over half a century into something perfect...ly boring.

Some implementations of it are better than others. Sometimes the hill holder is too slow to disengage, and it causes me to stall on very slight inclines where I normally wouldn’t give the car much gas to get going...

The C7 really is a masterclass in exhaust tuning. it sounds amazing when you get on the throttle, it really roars into the cabin but is never deafening but when you get on the freeway it fades into the background noise. Not to mention the quad trumpets are the business! Making me miss mine man!
