Search of the doom wiki returns no results for Doomscroll. If there was even a tangential reference within the game for them to draw on I’m sure those nerds would have documented already so, yeah, this is utter BS.

The metal world should sue Id for using the word Doom for their game, since the genre “doom metal” existed way way before the game.
If any part has the right to that word, it sure as hell (no pun intended) isn’t Id.
