Very sad news, though not surprised 1up is being shut down. I noticed they hardly update with new content anymore, and you can even tell site visits to that site are down considerably from past years. The comments section on almost every article on that site is pretty barren most of the time.

Didn't know they upped the price to $400.

Was thinking the same thing.

Killzone 2 ended up looking amazing during gameplay. No doubt this will look much better.

Totally agree with you. People are pissed or wonder why the PS4 wasn't shown, but it just seems like common sense or basic marketing tactics to save another big reveal like that for E3 to make sure Microsoft doesn't have all the thunder at that time. I also predict that's when MGS5 will be shown off and confirmed for

Shut up, it has a dvd/bluray drive, you clown.

That's the best he could come up with? Looks like he was impressed with the PS4 :)

Seriously. I didn't think I'd be surprised by most of the comments I'd see on all the PS4 articles, but nope, leave it to Kotaku commenters to take it a step further every time. Almost every comment is a complaint. I for one am extremely excited about most things they are announcing.

and it very likely won't look like that in the release version. prototypes never do.

The final release should be around June/July assuming there are no big delays. And they did mention the graphics engine is very scalable for possible porting to future consoles, so I wouldn't be surprised if they made a PS4 version if the relaunch is successful.

If you remove everything recognizable that makes it Final Fantasy, then it wouldn't be a Final Fantasy.

XI had the same type of warning before logging in.

Pretty much.

It really sounds like they are moving it to PS4.

Ahh, the feeling I got as a kid when I assembled my first Megazord. One of the most awesome toys ever.

good thing others did then :)

Wow, great explanation, thank you!

3D printing is something I just don't get, but it kinda fascinates me. I just don't understand how it works, really. You can actually "print out" physical objects of something digital? *mind blown*

Remember when they tried turning LOST into a videogame...

I thought I was the only one that can't stand Glenn.
