Same here... plus, I'm a legacy player so it will be 9.99 a month for me.. and if they deliver content updates as great and as quick as they have been for the current version, sign me up.

A few things -

Like the other guy said, there's been significant improvement. I've been playing since launch. I've experienced every update since then. The game today resembles the original launch version very little. The new dev team has definitely proven themselves in my eyes and they have been delivering extremely good content…

I thought FFXI felt anything BUT like a generic MMORPG. It was so different from any other MMO.

Wow you're lucky... I've had my various Xbox 360's fail no less than 4 different times (4 different systems). The one I have now (one of the newer black shiny models) seems to be okay, and it runs much quieter than the older systems.

Definitely would be A Realm Reborn. The current sucky version won't even exist come November 1st. Plus, you can see some sort of ARR voucher/coupon in the picture.

They should totally rename it just Final Fantasy Versus and separate it from the XIII series. Besides, another XIII is likely on the way, that would make this one the fourth game in the XIII world O_o

No problem! What makes me is excited is I can definitely tell this new dev team, led by Yoshida, knows what they are doing. While making A Realm Reborn, they have still kept updating the current version, fixing it, and patching in the storyline missions that are leading up to the new version.

You do realize the team developing XIV is entirely separate from the team developing VsXIII, don't you? This isn't what is holding VsXIII back, never was.

Judging from the amount of work and the QUALITY of it I've seen in the patches they've developed for the existing game, A Realm Reborn will be awesome.
