Talk to your doctor, there are ways they can help! I got a Mirena a few years ago and the hormones weren’t enough to manage my PCOS (I had weight gain, hair, and terrible hormonal acne). The doctor put me on metformin and spironolactone and it’s been such a huge help.

:( I’m sorry. I took spironolactone when I was on the pill to clear up my acne. It worked pretty well. Maybe ask your doctor about it?
