Every TV in my house has a Roku built in, which is the primary reason I haven’t pulled the trigger on HBO Max. I get that Roku is asking for ridiculous percentages, but they’re just leaving money on the table at this point.

About fifteen years ago, on a Mother’s Day, a woman in my apartment complex said “Happy Mother’s day!” to me. I replied, “Oh, I won’t be having children.” She smiled at me and said “That’s ok because ALL women are mothers whether, they have their own or not”

Between my sister’s kids, my sister’s kids’ kids, and my friend’s kids, I really have enough vicarious experiences with children to get my fill. And I don’t have to live under the same roof with the brood, nor pay for their various expenses. Win-win for me as far as I’m concerned.

I love Shuri but I really hope they recast the Black Panther while acknowledging Boseman’s work. 

Honestly, seeing how badly it was executed in Rise of Skywalker and the fact that it would be really disrespectful I can see why they’re not going with making a digital casting of Boseman.
