Dogma is not available due t0 disagreements with Kevin Smith and Weinstein -- that always seems like a huge miss due to star power, alone.

Lockwood & Co sounds a bit like Deadboy Detectives!  (which I hope happens.... the Doom Patrol episode was AMAZINGGGGG)

This article left out one of the most exciting parts — “

I weirdly liked the movie! LaKeith Stanfield, Nat Wolff, Shea Whigham, and Willem Dafoe did a great job! It wasn’t anime-accurate, but it was still a great story with amazing characters and great direction from Adam Wingard!

(also more Josh Segarra)

I stopped after season 2, because it was meh, but my best friend told me to watch season 3 so I did before it left Netflix.  Not sure if it was my state of mind or whatever, but holy cow season 3 was AWESOME!! Highly recommend.

Yeah — I’m seeing 4 major omissions here:

Ha!  True fact.  Just look at mentions online about She-Hulk and Sandman.... these franchises have ALWAYS been forethinking... it’s not a “woke” thing

Literally my dad was complaining about Star Trek Strange New Worlds needing to include one of everything” and I was like — “ummmmm I thought it was an intentional callback to OG Roddenberry” and he was like “..... I guess so”

1000000%

Seconded.

OMG this is SUCH good news!  the artists they bring on for the eps have been amazing!

I adored the first season and I’m crossing all my digits for a second!

Happiness is one of my top 5 favorite movies! Very dark and also hilarious and also Philip Seymour Hoffman is amazing (as per usual). I have it on DVD — it is sometimes on streaming, sometimes not.

I’m semi-looking forward to the review of First Kill — I thought it was awful, but the two leads were likeable and kept me from shutting it off.

I think that 2 people referred to Barry as just “having a bad day” — Natalie when trying to reassure Katie and Noho Hank when trying to reassure Batir. What does it say that Barry can get away with so much (and keep getting work) by dismissing it as “a bad day”?

Agreed -- I think this writer hasn’t watched TV since 2003.

Oh thank god — I was concerned for your workload! Looks like you’ve got time before the next (and better?) draft is ready for review.

Given this writer’s reference to Buffy throughout the review (and no reference to the Jeff Lemire comics or the recent TV show Legion), I don’t think they’re a pop-culture (or recent TV) expert.

100%!
