Why not both?
Why not both?
Reminds of a story I heard recently I hadn’t heard before about something called a south pointing chariot. A complicated device developed in China around 200 c. with the goal of basic navigational aid before magnetic compasses
Every SUV should have a tailgate
My guy what. The 360 and 550/575 were beautifully understated pieces of design.
I agree, the GTC4 (the current “clownshoe”) is ok. I do like the new Roma, the Monza SP1 & Sp2, and despite its status as the “lesser Ferrari” the Portofino. From an aesthetic standpoint the 812 is less attractive than the previous front-engined GTs, the F8 is a step backwards from the 488 (which was itself a step…
Ever since Ferrari decided Pininfarina just wasn’t necessary their cars have gone off a cliff for the most part. I don’t mind the 458, and at least it came in manual, but after that, pfft. The clownshoe is kind of cool though, from FF on to whatever the new one is called. Hopefully those continue to ridiculously…
What everyone else said as well, plus she is a fucking awesome drummer. I couldn’t keep up with her when I was in my prime.
It’s because the world is a flaming pile of shit right now, and everything sucks. And seeing joy is just about all we fucking have. And this girl is joy. And pretty fucking talented. And super fucking cool. And we all need that in our lives.
Watch the video of her watching Grohl’s response. Her excitement after the song ends — she dances around her room and then runs to hug her dad — is lovely. Shes the good stuff when we have too much the bad stuff.
Yeah, it’s really cool and a great way to help her continue to build up. It also kind of indicates of a creative mind Grohl has in that he automatically clicked on this.
Yes, because every car should stay stock forever and always. Nobody should ever modify anything about their car ever.
Wait until I tell you about the Nissan motor I’m putting in a Boxster.
Fun fact for those not in the know: Tesla’s charging connector design pre-dates the official CCS standard.
“If Tesla really gave a shit about saving the environment, it would open up its charging infrastructure to every electric car.”
As gearhead who has grown up in Georgia, it’s nice to see that Panoz is held in a high regard among enthusiasts, and I’ve said the exact same thing! They’re like American TVRs, particularly the GTR-1, which even features TVR-esque color shifting paint
There are a lot of variables, but generally EVs do very well in traffic because they’re not wasting fuel idling an engine, and stop and go means the EV is recapturing some of that energy via regen.
I think a lot of EVs fall into the category of: an answer without a question.
That can certainly be an issue when you have one of those limited range electrics like the BMW i3, Nissan Leaf, or VW eGolf, each of which will realistically do less than 100 miles on a single charge.
Don’t need to worry about battery degradation with this vehicle. Its battery is liquid cooled. There are Teslas that have gone nearly a million miles with only around 5% degradation. Air cooled batteries on the other hand are a whole different thing and will lose significant range in just the first year or two. This…
NP if you live in Cali, CP everywhere else.
Please do not state that the i3 is a sub-100 mile range. For over a year now they have had 33kwh packs and can do 130+ in typical use. And easily get 150 if you drive mostly in the city.
