I was terrified the first few times I went by myself, I found I couldn’t count on other people to go with me... so I sucked it up and went. Everyone was really friendly and supportive. My studio is a big champion of all body types, which was also a big help

I’m marathoning Parks & Rec (but only because I’m relistening to all the HP in the car and don’t want to “ruin” it for myself).

I totally recommend it. Most of the classes, at least at our studio are done in 40 degree celsius with 40% humidity. The heat seems a little daunting at first, but I found I adjusted easily within the first few classes., I drink very little water during class anymore.

Yeah, it’s weird to get used to. I’ve found that putting it directly on your head and massaging it in helps with the psychological aspect. If you try to put it in your hands and lather it up, you’ll just rub most of it into your hands and lose half of it when the shower stream hits it.
