Actually, that scenario has been considered by Tesla and they have implemented measures to attempt to address it.

AMC has made “a pilot script commitment” to a new series based on the Owen & Stephen King novel, Sleeping Beauties.
You have to be very careful with your right foot, but it is possible. I recently had an extended loaner Lexus ES hybrid for 2 weeks and managed to get 39 mpg out of it. It was kind of a fun game to see how high I could get it.
THE EMPEROR IS BACK!??!
Yep. Serious scientist like those in charge of this project don’t organize announcements of this scale and use the language that they did unless they have something super cool to reveal.
I would think they would pull the “young Roland” material from whatever novels they need to.
I don’t think it does actually.
A Tesla-Apple car makes a fair bit of sense. We know Apple is interested in the space and has spent millions playing in the sandbox without results already. Tesla gives them a viable product and one which pairs well with their image and aesthetic.
Susannah was a strong, complicated character. Detta was an issue. You can like Susannah and acknowledge that the Detta side of the character came real close to the line for a lot of people.
Not that I would mind starting with the Gunslinger in any way, but it strikes me that there is a case to be made that Wizard and Glass is, in a lot of ways, the beginning of the events that lead to the Tower.
This isn’t a prequel, though. They appear to be using the plot of book four as the basis for this, based on casting.
This is the books. Book 4 is basically a giant flashback to Roland as a new gunslinger.
The ending is the most perfect thing King has ever written. It was the only way it could have ended.
Roland from Wizard and Glass was “pretty” though, if we are to trust the descriptions from Susan.
How is Wizard and Glass not part of the DT story? Just because it is a massive flashback doesn’t mean it isn’t canon.
Book 4, supplemented with material from the comics and you have yourself an entire season 1.
He’s got a got a good 5-6 years before I’d worry about any decline. And even then, as you point out, a Trout decline is likely to leave you with a damn good player still.
Bonds defender here.
I honestly thought that the Xs were some mark of solidarity that were put there to mark the spot where Rick took the rebar through his body and was trying to figure out how the hell they knew he had an injury there for most of the season.
Correct. I meant my first phone was 3 months old when it died in the pool and already had scratches on the display. My replacement phone got them just as quickly.
