It happens often. To me included.

Maybe she isn't and that's what the reporter wrote? Or maybe she knows more about her wife's health than you do? Or maybe we have a potential 'Murder she Wrote 3000' plot line?

OK, I'll bite. What's up with seeing gender as a spectrum and not as a binary?

Given how many media guides have shown up in 2014, GLAADs guide (http://www.glaad.org/reference/tran…) is not bad for example, they have no excuses for messing up on trans reporting. Let me emphasise this.

You'd hope, but no. Two steps forward, one to the side, and a step back - always the way with trans issues and the media.

Thoughts don't have to be original, it's the spin you put on them, what you DO with them that counts, that makes them transcend there origin. Shakespeare wasn't all original, but it was his spin on the stories are what made them great.

It would need rockets, like the Al Gore jar.

She's pretty damn awesomely wonderful. Love the Culture reference, amazing novels.

Oh good call, she'd be perfect

Been there, done that.

She used the word love. And yes, you can be blinded by love. Lots more going on here than that of course. Thought that was a given on reading the article.

It's called emotional abuse. It's against the law.

This wasn't really a slave / master thing. He was an abusing piece of shit.

I noticed a light was on across the street, unusual for my old neighbour. It was still on the next day. I couldn't see anything else amiss but called the police to be on the safe side. She'd fallen and couldn't move, she was really weak when the ambulance arrived but she ended up OK.

Yep. It's amazing how blinded you can be by love :(

She didn't actually agree, she was abused into agreeing. That is different.

Well done, you missed the point and became a rape apologist. Congrats!

Hahahahahhahaha

You took a risk with that comment though! :P

Ooooooooh. Ba-da-bing! :)
