Here’s your side by side proof that old is better.

Don’t let them get to you, Torch. Us short guys stick together. Mostly because we need someone to give us a boost to reach the top shelf, but still...

He didn’t say he didn’t not want to kill himself.

these fortress on wheels kinda crack me up. i get the concept but i feel like it’s taken to such a level that it complicates and undermines the mission. what fun is it too explore if you are always wondering about bridge weight limits, heights, road suitability, size etc. in the city it’s a liability and on 3rd world

It has a GVWR of 10,001 lbs (which I think makes it a Class III vehicle), which puts it into a different class of vehicle. One that is street legal, but does not have to meet the same safety standards as standard passenger cars, including airbags.

I was a huge fan of the Bollinger trucks from the moment they announced them. But the price tag really took the wind out of my sails.  As did the fact that they seemingly abandoned the 2-door form factor.  I still admire the design and the concept, but I don’t think I’ll ever spend 6 figures on an automobile.  And

I loved his early work with Chris Bosh and Sam Cassell.

I’m definitely now on the academic level as you, but I have problems with the methodology, as well.

One of the best examples of a vehicle that can truly hang with any crowd, low or high, is the Jeep Wrangler. Now I’m not a jeep guy at all, in fact I love the V70R suggestion someone made earlier (SR owner here), but reading this post makes this clear, the Wrangler is the one for the job. And resale on those is nuts,

I wonder if they checked to see how many of those leftover 2018s are carryover Wrangler JKs, since Jeep was building both JK and JL Wranglers and Wrangler Unlimiteds for the 2018 model year.

We got a Transit Connect (long wheel base). Smaller engine than the Flex, but has sliding doors and the fold-flat seats with more vertical space than the Flex. It’s a great van.

Volvo V60 seems like a good bet.

The problem for 87 Tercel owners is never being in exactly the right situation to have a car roll up next to you and challenge them to a race.  That situation of course being tied to an aircraft carrier’s catapult.

The rear rotors are larger, but the brake pad surface area is about 35% larger in the front.

Not the park assist nor the HD is required.

Park assist isn’t required by law.

Low load height, quirky, and cheap? I think I know what you need:

Or a Mazda 5. There must be a ton of Mazda 3 mods that can be applied to make a great autocross dog and spouse hauler.

The "no food ever in cars" along with the strong root beer brand bias leads me to believe you are at least 90 years old.

I’m just saying this because I have a weird unjustifiable liking towards these things. And given that she’s not looking for anything particularly exciting, just needs efficient and spacious transportation, why not? Wagons make everything cooler...even a Prius, right? -
