Cardboard box rigs are used all the time in stunts. The reason being is there’s no bounce. Mats absorb a fall by being really bouncy and their not safe to have multiple performers falling onto them at once for that reason. Airbags also have no bounce but they only absorb one fall so one couldn’t be used in this setup.
Am I the only person who’s legitimately 30-70% less likely to watch this for the simple reason that Miles Teller is in it in a major role? It’s fine if it’s just me.
