So some of the other people at this event were armed, were you just going to turn it into a shootout I'm the streets?

except in this case nothing was pointed at a cop you piece of shit

One would think the officer could use their words. “Drop the gun” etc. If the person complies, no problem. If they don’t and they point the “gun shaped thing” at the officers, then I guess it’s open season.

That doesn’t argue against their point. You choose to squeeze the trigger after those three seconds, you’re going to prison unless you have damn good money for a damn good lawyer. Zimmerman’s lawyer, for example.

I am a very conservative gun nut and you have no idea what you are talking about.  Anyone other than a cop that shoots someone they thought had a gun that didn’t actually have a gun is going to prison.

“If you point anything that “might be” a gun, towards me, you’ve got about three seconds before I squeeze the trigger.”

More like Well aged milk.

Do you know what typical rules of engagement I dealt with while deployed to Iraq in 2003?

Nobody pointed anything at the little snowflake.

Because America is an authoritarian third world nation.

Something something thin blue line something keeping us safe

If someone who was not a police officer engaged in this exact behavior they would be going to jail right now for decades. Can someone explain to me like I’m 5 years old why this officer is not going to jail?

No, I’m a the best of friends. The kind who gives his buddies a reality check.

No, that’s a good friend. A good friend calls out stupid decisions other friends make when the average person would be too polite.

I have a friend who bought a car on BAT. I said to him, “Great you paid more than every other knucklehead who is really enthusiastic about that particular car”. That’s basically the opposite of a decent deal.

This is so incredibly stupid... and I’m not a fan of these vehicles at all. At the least if you’re going to confiscate these things, make it so you can resell them out of state and use the money towards something useful, like NYC education or building green spaces in NYC. Destroying perfectly good materials is just a

Trials never ‘prove innocence’. You’re never expected to prove your innocence. And saying that anyone ‘wasn’t proven innocent’ at trial betrays a lack of understanding of the legal process.

They clearly did not. She was caught lying and faking evidence but people just don’t want to hear it.

>saying it “proves” she’s lying

No... The evidence proved she was lying. It was clearly not “a single mistake” either, as was highlighted in the trial, which you admit you stayed away from. There were multiple, MULTIPLE examples. Also, she shit the bed. Literally and figuratively. Blargh.

You can be both against Amber
