There’s also a Carcosa Guitar effects pedal by Digitech, also paying homage to the King in Yellow, tons of cultural references to Carcosa in other places

let’s see: ~$220+ for a vertical player that will have a lot of issues due to being vertical, or a $149 Audio technicaAT-lp60x that has exactly the same stylus and will overall track better, have less risk of losing calibration and overall last longer.
They’re putting the final nail in the coffin on my google display that sat on the kitchen (which i assume was a big use case for A LOT of people)
Yes! it used to be a feature on all of their Carousel style CD Players, the player itself was above the carousel, the disc playing would lift and stay in place while you could open the tray and change the rest of the trays.
Let’s hope Insta360 knows a little more about heat management than DJI because sticking a lens and sensor in a tiny body is what made the Action 2 fail miserably since it couldn’t record more than 15 mins.
looks like we’re keeping the features for 6 months (yay?), I’ll be cancelling after that, it’s not worth $19.99 just to keep 4k,
So it’s really a Garmin InReach competitor, very close to what the InReach Messenger offers, Motorola doesn’t seem to go in details on what satellite network they’ll use, or how the communication works. Garmin now owns GEOS for emergency response so they can’t use that.
I’m glad that this got pushed out, however, i’d be happier if it actually never goes through. the $600 cap is a pain for people that like to buy/sell used (Music instruments, gadgets, etc). The $600 cap is ridiculously low.
For reference, the “dog paw program” was actually first done by USPS, how well it works..that’s a different matter, but Amazon is not the first to implement something like this.
i’m actually surprised to see this priced at $149 and not $1499 (or some ridiculously high price) like everything else in the TE catalog...
god dammit!, when google got Nest it quickly went downhill. I’m expecting the same thing to happen here.
Add Minneapolis to the list of actual shootings on 4th of july:
just re-cast the movie with Grant Gustin, make a story where it’s some parallel universe thing and you’re done!
it still has traditional key layout so muscle memory still applies
What’s even the point though? the hardware is completely throttled by software, what could you possibly need an M2 chip for?
Suzuki has massive success in the rest of the world, their vehicles would not fare well in the US because of what the average American customer wants (i.e. a massive truck), with that said, Suzuki likely just does not even care about the US market.
Fujifilm also has the entire line of instax printers that use the same films (including the new instax wide), they can hook up to any smartphone or compatible fujifilm camera
The Minnesota Zoo is sad to announce this morning that Gladys, our Eurasian eagle owl, was found injured on the side of the road by a concerned neighbor who then transported her to the Zoo. Our veterinary team responded immediately but, sadly, Gladys had already died.
I seriously can’t get how the humongous 747 didn’t make it to the finish line. He’s an absolute beast!!!
the transition to USB-C connectors has been so painful, between confusing standards for the charging portion of it, data portion of it and then the overall added costs (connector cost, extra circuitry, etc) has kept a lot of manufacturers from implementing this in simpler circuits.
