First computer that I had...Commodore 64 with a tape drive. My father bought it and he still has it in his basement. Not sure if the tapes that contain all the programs that I typed in from Compute's Gazette are any good. But, the cartridges should still be fine.

Audi, stop being such a tease and build the darn thing! The current platform for the A4 is such a giant whale and the new A3 had just the right size and proportions.

Just when I thought the WH40k license couldn't get any worse treatment in video games...I see this. At this point, the WH40k games from the '90s and early 2000s are the best we'll ever have. Anyone remember Final Liberation?

Yeah, I'm still puzzled why Americans haven't ditched their $1 bill. It's such a nuisance and their $1 coin is quite nice. We got rid of out $1 and $2 bills in Canada a long time ago and no one missed the notes...

Well, at least they're not cell phones with straps. Still, some of the design elements are annoying such as the lack of lugs making for challenging strap changes. So with a system like Panerai and give the wearer access to a gigantic strap making cottage industry.

Not getting immunized for diseases that have had very effective vaccines for 50+ years is plain stupid...stupidity that should be punished by jail time.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this car "in the flesh". It's dimensions are almost the same as a B5 A4...and I loved that car. I've been disappointed at how the A4 has grown in size (it's almost the same size as a 10 year old A6). With 300+ bhp that can be tuned to even more, what's not to like?

So what it comes down to is whether it's going to prevent the car from doing its intended function. That probably means different things if you intended your car to be transportation, or transportation and an information center.

That's 20 minutes of charging to get a 100 miles of range at "normal highway speeds"...ever seen the average lap time at Le Mans for a P1 car? It's roughly in the 3:20 range for an 8.5 mile (approx) lap which translates to an average speed of 154 m/h...average. At those speeds, the demand on the batteries would mean

Isn't that "Paul Riser"?

Utterly brilliant. Why hasn't anyone else done this?

Well, looks like I'm going to hold on to my 2006 Audi A4 for a little longer...don't want to be an early adopter of this, potentially, disastrous alliance. I'll keep my "retro" dedicated buttons and "monochrome" display...it's just the way I like it. Oh, and I'll keep my 6-speed with three pedals as well.

Hummm...The Germans beat everyone to it by about 40 years...

Yeah...that's a standard instrument cluster so, there will be ones that aren't used with a petrol engine. This one isn't diesel...no way does it rev to 8,000...

Iron Man 3 was terrible...can't understand why it's on the best list.

WTF is up with all these "diffusers" in body colour? 1) They are completely cosmetic and 2) they should be black.

Coolest typewriters ever! My father had one in the '70s and I was always trying to see how fast I could bang out random letters and see if the machine would keep up. Never did manage to find it's limit...

Bought one of these this fall...takes about 30 seconds to lift a corner for changing wheels. They're small, not too heavy, and pretty darn good looking too!

Yep. Adding salt lowers the freezing point of water and allows the very cold ice cubes to chill the water below where it would be without salt. Not sure what the new freezing point becomes, but it's well below 0°C

Yeah, those "diffusers" are useless...but making it stand out in red is plain silly. It should be flat black.
