shame that so few also follow the hatchback functionality too. makes for a much more usable car.

I switched over to Kia from Nissan/Infiniti. Went from Altima 3.5SE to Infiniti M45 to Stinger GT. Parents traded in their Altima for an Optima and like it much more than what Nissan is offering now. Hopefully they turn around again but shame to see the brand fall apart after coming back strong in the early to mid

Got snow tires years ago for my Altima at the time and it was such a game changer. Always got a kick out when I was able to out accelerate cars with AWD/FWD and A/S tires. Got them when I had my RWD M45 and had no issues in any snow storm and just picked up a pair of General Altimax Arctics for this winter for the AWD

We had one as a rental over a week and a half and while it was spacious, all 4 of us came away unimpressed. It was a non-ecoboost model and while it didn’t lack power, it was just very loud when you got on it but didn’t feel like it wanted to move, the seat were uncomfortable, and had odd and inconvenient button

4th Gear: Safety Tech

It’s sad what they became. I remember the first FX and G models and the 2006+ M35/M45 Sport models and how great the cars were. Got a steal on an 06 M45 Sport in 09 and just now getting rid of it as it’s been a reliable and fun car overall. Sadly, looking at the lineup now it seems like they went from a Japanese BMW

Exactly my thoughts around it too. Thought of a Q60 with BMW throwing a horrendous grill on it.

Was scrolling to see. The base GT can be had for deals that would drop it well within the price range. Slightly used ones would let you step up to a GT1 or GT2.

When it first came around, it was great to have a taxi-type service outside of the city where it was usually hard or not possible to get a cab. At least not without jumping through hoops. I even remember reading articles of people making great money from it due to having a small driver pool. As it grew, not only did

Stinger has it too and I’m very so-so about it. Once it engaged when the car infront on me left my lane as cars ahead of him were at a stop. I was switching to hit the brakes (plenty of space to stop normally) but the system engaged just moments before. It was a nice function but unnecessary at least in my situation.

Wasn’t aware of it at the time

4th Gear: it’s both a hit and a miss. Only had the chance to try on 2 vehicles to this point, V90 and a Stinger. V90 was pretty good, only issue is the aggressive braking when using smart cruise control.

I think this is a fantastic idea and will def look into one when my OP6 is ready for replacement. As for something for my parents, it makes even more sense since they keep their phones for several years before updating (still on the OP2).

at least they have physical buttons so a small step better than full display but yeah, hate these massive screens taking over the dash.

LED ground effects. Not sure if we’re moving forward or backward at that point though

Still buy blu-rays. While there is less audio and video degradation, it’s more that I actually own it and not have to worry if the streaming service loses the right to host the movie or if the service shuts down (Ultraviolet for example)

It’s been about a year since I’ve been in the car so don’t recall what the setting was. Just remember that if I would put the car into park with the engine running, it would randomly decide to turn on the e-brake without changing the settings. Think I got it to fully turn off at some point after fiddling around

Had the chance to rent a V90 for a 2 week trip and seems that Volvo hasn’t fixed their adaptive cruise control (hated it) and their overly complex menus. Not sure how this is but Volvo’s seem to have a mind of their own at times, ours was that it would turn on the parking break when it decided it was necessary. No

Looks very nice and elegant. I see lots of hints of older A8, Genesis G70, and Infinti Q50 which is not a bad thing. At least they finally found a grill that works and not that horrible beak they were trying to push on every car

Wireless audio support would be nice but only if the aux port is still available. Wireless audio is great for music but for movies/games on phones, there’s a lag between the audio and video. Would hate to be forced into just wireless audio and suffer this same issue.
