He is. I've worked on shameless a few times in Chicago and he's probably the most genuinely kind and hard-working actor I've ever met.
She is mentally ill, and if you read between the lines it's pretty obvious that this woman needs serious mental help, and probably got physical with the medical staff. This clearly is not a case of medical malpractice in any way.

You're right, but so is Charles Barkely. Cops dont go around looking to shoot black people, and to say so is ridiculous. They shoot black people because of poor training and a system that assumes blacks are guilty of something and probably armed.
