Don’t you know Stephen Crockett has a fucking ax to grind with Joe Biden?!

I shared this earlier but I’m glad you did too.

I can only imagine what Ali what have to say about our current situation.

I’m not a sports person by any stretch of the imagination and I’ve never willingly watched so much as five consecutive minutes of ESPN but it seems like it’s in the news recently for all manner of backstage fuckery. Has it always been like this?

Some more information for people who care about details.

Remember, I’m not saying it to be mean: I’m saying it because it’s funny.

Denzel Washington has always been an intense guy who doesn’t play nice in interviews.

Sure, a Joe Biden offers less in the way of low-hanging political fruit than a Donald Trump, but that’s an opportunity to try a little harder than just having someone read out already-insane transcripts while making requisite funny faces.

Ted’s reading of Sharon’s note had me in tears, I thought that was really powerful from Sudeikis.

Well I really liked this episode.

It’s not news, and since I’m not sure how Nate would substantiate it, it’s basically just old gossip at this point.

I kind of like how Will continues to needle Nate about the fact that Ted bought Nate a suit. It shows that he’s clued into Nate’s insecurities and is perfectly willing to press those buttons. Will is no pushover y’all.

Sounds like someone’s polling isn’t what he hoped it would be.

I’ve spent a long time active in the field of repro rights and the truth is telling these stories almost never changes minds. That requires empathy and a large portion of the population doesn’t have any.

Just out of curiosity: how would people feel if instead of Ellen Pompeo this exchange had been with Shonda Rhimes? If it had been Shonda who said to him “Listen, motherf‑‑‑er, this is my show. This is my set. Who are you telling?”

It kind of seems like a misunderstanding that got blown WAY out of proportion by both parties.

I’m not sure what they think Biden can do other than order the Ed Dept. to make additional funds available which is already happening with COVID. Maybe they can pay for some private security. The USPS idea is interesting. People sending threats through the mail could face Federal charges, right?

The fascists really do like playing dress-up, don’t they? Don’t get me wrong, I’ve donned my fair share of Starfleet uniforms at various comicons around the country so I don’t usually judge but honestly even his cosplay game is ratchet.

Honestly, I remember that episode and his direction was excellent. He directed the scenes leading up to the attack like it was a horror movie with a bunch of fakeouts before the big scene. Whatever things were like on the set, the finished product was damn good.

Has Denzel commented on this? Because I think he knows how to handle his business, including being called a motherfucker. He doesn’t need Black Twitter making him a victim.
