I think what he means is that Killmonger wants to end Wakanda’s isolationism and “help” the rest of the world, or more specifically the African diaspora.

While Jordan’s Killmonger gets all the praise, I really like how T’Challa is presented in Black Panther. Infinity War has no right being as good as it is. With that many characters and that many plotlines to converge at once, it should be a total mess.
