Nah, the worst is that tips are being extracted with guilt instead of person wishing to tip themselves. I have been forcibly making myself not tip when there is no reason to. It’s damn hard, experience is miserable, but feeling like you “must” tip is equally as miserable.

Think about it this way - you having to constantly worry about protein kills you more than actual having not enough protein. That’s how I look at it. People who are most obsessed about what they eat happen to have issues due to stress level... silly it is.
I do the same. Fun to watch that spot of light crawling up their necks. I am getting better at it in rear view mirror aiming techniques :D
