Torque can be at any RPM including 0. It’s a rotational force. Hulk can hold the wheels, and car will apply full torque at 0 RPM. It will not bulge, but the force will be there. Hulk will be counteracting it.

Lucky, we pay $6.2CAD / gal in Canada. But electricity is only $0.12/kwh. So with my calculations, I would be saving $630CAD a month by just driving electric instead. that’s without Oil, brake and other fluid changes. Just did a clutch job at $2000 as well... so quite a bit of saving way ahead of time.

While it is true, it heavily depends on person’s perception of words. The “softer” and more “victim”-like we make our kids the more likely they are to reinvent the context to embrace that victimness.
