Studios get about half of domestic Box Office and 30-40% of foreign Box Office, depending on the market. It's funny that people still seem to think studios get 100% of Box Office.

First off, Nintendo didn’t make this game; Niantic did. Secondly, patch notes aren’t a Nintendo problem, they’re a Smash Bros problem. Splatoon had great patch notes, and that was made by a core Nintendo team. Smash’s poor patch notes were likely a Sakurai decision.

Really? You want to sacrifice character development for another blown out climax? No thanks. That’s one of the few things that elevated Civil War above other movies. Character was most important.

That was its most gutsy move. Every other Avengers movie has had the large number of bad guys we don’t care about (Chitauri/ Ultron drones) and is way too common to end the movie on another blown out action sequence. The fact that the movie ended with a personal conflict instead of a fight against five super soldiers…

At least the basic premise of Civil War made sense. Suicide Squad lost me at its very premise, because if Superman wanted to kidnap the president, the Suicide Squad would do what? Shoot him with guns and hit him with a bat?

It said accomplice in my theater for sure. I only know this because I’d read that it said “complicit in” so I looked for it and was surprised to see the word “accomplice” instead.

When that holds true for a game with deep customization options, then that’s a legit complaint. My guy looks nothing like me, either. I’m rather large, and there’s no body size adjustment either. Pokemon Go’s customization isn’t meant to make the character look like you - it’s just choosing a few colors.

Not difficult to program for, but much more expensive to port to.

It’s not lack of power that hurts 3rd party development. It’s the cost and labor of porting or developing. PlayStation had better support for PS1 because cartridges cost developers a ton and CDs were super cheap. GameCube had proprietary discs that made it difficult. Wii U’s architecture made it hard and time…

The real question is now that they're combining console and portable, will there ever be a top down Zelda again?

The weakness of the console is less important than how easy it is to port to.

Unless you really like Nintendo like me. I love my Xbox One, but most of the big games tend to be shooters or open world RPGs. Nintendo may have fewer games, but I have a lot more diversity on my Nintendo console.

The problem with Wii U wasn’t power as much as the different architecture made porting from Xbox/PlayStation (last gen or current) costly and time consuming. If this system is as easy to port to as its competitors’ systems, it should be much better off.
