I think Microsoft promised to keep Minecraft multiplatform when they acquired it. Console exclusives are great, but Minecraft sells great on every platform, so really keeping it multiplatform is a good business tool. Though I would expect at some point to see some decent Xbox-only features.

I’d say Zelda is likely but not Pokemon. Pokemon Company is weird with lending out their license to other games, like the lack of special sounds for the pokemon costumes in Mario Maker.

It’s not $60. It’s $50. Still a bit much, in my opinion, as I think $40 would be about the right price.

So ask your folks to get a better internet package. If they’ve had the current one for a while, it’s very possible they could upgrade at no additional cost. My folks did that not long ago.
