After years of using almond milk, I discovered store brand lactose-free milk (not Lactaid brand) that’s not any more expensive than regular milk. Our household is pretty happy with this find.

There are two* things I do to my hot chocolate that I can absolutely recommend: a light shot of amaretto, or simmering the milk with chai spices then straining.**

While infused oils can be done safely, using fresh ingredients is a HUGE botulism risk and can lead to a horrible death.

I try to ignore most proof reading errors, (or lack of proof reading) but you guys seriously have to at least get the title of an article right.
