Le Mans racing is starting to look like F1 from the 70's with the radical designs. Too bad F1 today is completely sterile.

This is why GM/Ford/Chrysler will always struggle with cars like the Z06, GT, and Viper. You are taking a $80k+ car to a dealership that is use to servicing an entirely different class of car.

I appreciate that Chrysler built this car. It's off the charts! But because it's off the charts, it's fun to read about, but I would never want to own one.

Leasing a car for three years should be equivalent to buying the same car and selling it after three years. Assuming interest rates are similar for the lease/loan your total costs will be nearly identical. The only difference is monthly payments. But in the end, it should cost the same.

Telluride Airport in Colorado. It's at 9,000ft so the air is thin and take-off/landing speeds are much higher. It looks like an aircraft carrier. Plus there are some insane winds up there and several 14,000ft peaks surrounding the valley.

It's obvious when someone has never been in a 991. Enjoy your dodge.

Okay, now we need a four way drag race. C7 Z06, Viper TA, Hellcat, and Tesla Model S P85D.

We have a winner!

There have been some links in the upper right that have been making me blush lately. It's getting close to being NSFW. Some dude was motorboating a woman's ass earlier this week. WTF?

I love every angle except the front. That hard edge along the front bumper is ugly for some reason.

Honestly, that's why leasing electric cars (except a Tesla) makes the most sense right now. The technology is changing so quick that who knows how much they will be worth in 2-5 years. By leasing you put all of the risk on the bank/auto maker, plus the leasing rates are so cheap.

Honestly, who cares whether this will directly compete with the Model 3. See the forest for the trees. A $30K, 200mi all electric car from any reputable car maker is a game changer.

I'm beginning to feel like all of these track times are now meaningless. The sports/super cars of today are so bloody fast, that unless you spend 20 hrs a week at a track, most of us wouldn't have a chance in hell of getting close to these lap times. You can tell yourself you're a good driver, but you really aren't.

GM really has something with the new C7 Z06, but I feel like a new CTS-V sedan is a dinosaur compared to the Tesla Model S P85D. Honestly that goes for all luxury sport sedans.

I regularly get 32mpg in my Cayman S (PDK) on the highway. Turn off the sport exhaust, put it in auto, and it's really easy to cruise long distances.
