I agree with the second-to-last one a lot; if I think a picture is going to be risque or I want to read about something NSFW (an example being NSFW posts on Gizmodo and Kotaku, or, say, a musician being interviewed on Playboy.com), I'll use the "open in incognito window" (yes, in Chrome) feature just in case.
