My favorite thing ever to do in GTA IV was to drive around in the fire truck, spraying people walking down the street and knocking them over. Then they totally ruined it in GTA V by giving you a tiny limited amount of water than ran out really fast.

HP isn’t everything. Balance is better imho. My car has 200 hp and weighs 3000 lbs and is super fun to drive, even more so than my last car that had nearly twice the hp.
