Really, every disc game should come with a digital code so that you can access the game that way too. Virtually every bluray I buy does this, so I don’t see why games can’t too.

I don’t think that’s a dumb question.  Drives me nuts that I can’t do that for my current disc-based PS4 games on my PS4.  But I assume it’s because they can’t tell if you actually bought the disc or just borrowed it and slipped it into your machine once.  Sure would be nice though.
