I am cool with trying it, but I dont think it really fixes much. Are the FIA really expecting to sell more saturday tickets now? That they think some people dont want to go sunday and prefer a shorter race? Their reasoning just never stood out as anything reasonable.

You missed the point about how we never had those classes.

I went to ok grade schools and good business school for college, and personal finance was something I almost always had to learn on my own. There was maybe a good teacher here and there to throw in some good wisdom into a class where it wasnt expected but still valuable.

I think the name FSD is fine, the problem is that you are not actually buying it, you are preordering it, and they don’t really do a great job of separating that distinction.

Consumption might seem unfair, but people are buying bigger cars then they need because the current cost to run that vehicle seems good enough and they dont think twice. People loved the jump from 15mpg to 30mpg, but wont care between 30mgp to 40-50mpg.

FSD is pretty close to just being a kickstarter campaign. Sure they give you a few toys to play with over the standard AP features, but its still only like 10% of the way there.

Hahahaha, you should look into payday loans. They have APRs in the thousands. The idea is that you get a loan for a few days so a high APR isnt that crazy, think of it like a $20 fee, except that fee is daily and compounded and next thing you know that small $500 loan turns into $1500 before your next paycheck shows…

They will probably put the full button list in a menu, just this little swipe thing on the home page for quick access. Park happens automatically when you open the driver door too. It can probably guess parking based on arriving at the destination and speed traveling.

So you are saying that they have such a massive following that they will have no problem selling all their cars and competing with every other manufacturer for the decades to come? If that’s the case then they must be doing something right.
