I too want a better push to pass system. The ERS system I think should like triple in power output and only ever output when you press a button that activates it for a set time. That way you are not holding it down, but you also need to realize you may have way more power coming out of the next few turns.

I loved the space of the i3 because it too had no center console. I would like to get better use of my Model S’s center console space because that drawer with those weird cup holders takes up too much room of that massive cubby.

I agree. My work laptop tracks everywhere I go online. I know not to watch porn, but they know its actually recommended I take breaks and visit sites like these. Its a good balance.

The passenger airbag does have a sticker that says ‘do not put anything here’, so a removable steering wheel is way harder to manage since thats extra airbags for when the wheel is not attached. 

The PowerWall is mostly to replace a backup generator, and store excess solar for nightime use, its ability to help stabilize power in the grid is a very distant third. I think Telsa is really missing out by not trying to sell PowerWalls using refub or second life batteries from their cars at a steep discount. What you are saying is we need AutoAssembly, and assembly line run off cameras and actuators, not lidar cause who needs that when we can deep learn proper panel alignment. Just as long as shadows dont move it wont ever miss a panel. 

Honestly using a shifter for stuff other than changing gears was a good idea in the 3, since it does nothing at highway speeds, so they made it adjust autopilot. However owners of said 3s also pointed out how scary it was to tell the car to go into N or R when using autopilot.

The i3 with its digital stalk was the real downfall of blinkers. You had no idea if it was on or off unless you hear the chirps. Moving it too far would not cancel your blinking but start blinking the other direction. Do it too late after it auto centered and the same result would happen. 

So the solution was to have the crew living with the teams.

That revenue is all profit though, so if you are used to 5% margins that’s 100% of your profit right there. Also I said their business as a whole is dependent on no competing EVs, not that their business is dependent on these credits. 

The southbound run seems to show it hit a rev limiter at 286 and got there quick. So it does have more room, just not enough room to do it in.

I knew Koenigsegg was the current record holder, I forgot it was over 3 years ago. They are still my fav of the ‘too fast’ category of cars, especially cause they do cool stuff like taking transmissions and cams out of their cars.
