“The Drunk Daughter of Rob Schneider Ruined Dolly Parton’s Birthday Party” is probably an inaccurate description of how little Dolly would care but is still the funniest headline I’ve seen about this so far.

There’s no drinking in country music!
I’m beggin to you please, don’t take my beer
I don’t know the lady but I wouldn’t really expect Dolly Parton to care. I expect the real issue, if there is one, is the “Y’all bought tickets for this shit?” stuff.
Elle King is... The Drunk Chick.
I didn’t realize you were allowed to sing country sober.
‘Drinkin’ 9 to 5'
Cocktails of Many Colors.
Drunklene?
Making drunkies!
This is really, really funny.
It’s weed, it kind of sells itself lol.
Did he buy 100 of that shirt in 1989 or so
“City of Hope” *juuuust* edges it for me, and it remains criminally underdistributed and underseen.
I love Lone Star, but I think Matewan just edges it for me. And what kind of world is this when someone won’t toss John Sayles 20 million to make a movie? That’s ridiculous. Every studio should have multiple dudes like him on the payroll, making content.
This is by far my favorite John Sayles movie and one of my all-time favorites.
It’s emotionally stirring, without being manipulative or salacious. It’s in my top 5 for sure
God damn I love John Sayles. I really wish he would do some mini series like they talked about, he would gobble that up! One season and done, like Mike Flanagan
It’s Tony Plana. He’s been a working actor for 50 years. Not Tony Guana....
Also your Return of the Secaucus 7 link isn’t actually a link. Sayles deserves better as one of the most uniquely American indie film makers we’ve ever had.
I’ve owned it in various formats over the years. It really is fantastic.
