I sometimes wonder if people seriously meet fandoms of these shows in real life or they are being very hyperbolic about it. The only kinds of fandoms I see in public very frequently are either fans of popular anime, Harry Potter, Fortnite, Pokemon, MCU, DC, and Star Wars fans, and maybe fans of YouTubers, which are

The franchise is now more than a decade old and a Remake likely happened so that they can start over and possibly erase Dead Space 3, which is what I’m guessing is going to happen. It’s also very likely that the devs at EA pitched the remake, because EA themselves pretended that the franchise didn’t exist for a time,

It’s more like units of measurement should be universal for obvious reasons but it’s not, so let’s take the time to dunk on the outliers.

They don’t even have to make a new one. Just port F-Zero GX and add online. It looks great even years later, and is still un unmatched experience.

Fallen Jedi is a fantastic game, Dragon Age is still highly loved and Titan fall 2's single player is regarded as the greatest single-player campaign shooter of all time. EA should be more mindful of their accomplishments.

I heavily disagree about your point on Splinter Cell. Games generally tend to stray far from stealth and rather be “stealth-lite”. Splinter Cell is still very much unique in its approach.

Far from a “middle-of-the-road” Zelda game. I’d argue Twilight Princess fits this bill in spades. Skyward Sword is unique in its approach and has some of the best dungeons and combat of the series.

I’m fairly interested in your videogame choices if Hollow Knight is the most difficult game you’ve ever played. It’s cool if it’s not your thing, but it’s also kind of a bummer because Hollow Knight has some really cool discoveries.

I’m used to games like Hollow Knight so I didn’t find any of the mandatory bosses

They’re beginning to become cable, and no one likes the cable format. Eventually, all those people who stopped pirating are going to go back to piracy again.

I would like to think that context matters in this case. The situations and accusations you mentioned are barely in the same ballpark to be worth the comparison.

Holy smokes, you’re right!

I burst out laughing at that script excerpt. Funny enough, I can see this working with a serious tone if the delivery of “I never asked for this” turns out differently than how it’s usually delivered in the english dub of the game, because I only laughed due to how the line is delivered in-game anyway.

It’s pretty funny how in the quest for making things more realistic we’re realising that videogames probably don’t have to go all the way into that aspect.

There are less than 10 chapters remaining, and a chapter is often good for one episode, so I’d say that a movie wouldn’t have worked unless they were planning to make 2 movies. So a final-final season makes sense if they want to end this in a way that’s not going to mess with the pacing of the series.

It's kinda hard to normalise something as destructive and costly as throwing a controller at your own TV.

I’m a bit disappointed that you only addressed the easier criticism to explain away and not the other criticism regarding how the plot doesn’t seem to mesh with the so-call importance of this Devil Fruit and that it makes the World Government seem even more incompetent and the story a bit more “holey” with this

That’s.....unfortunate. I wonder how much things have changed on the app and website-side? I remember when I was subscribed to Crunchyroll and had to check out the pirate sites anyway because Crunchyroll was always down during high traffic times and their UI is surprisingly worse than the pirate sites themselves. Even

Me too! I can’t let go of it.

I’m playing Celeste at the moment and I noticed that you get back your superdash even before your sprite touch the ground. This made a particularly windy section easier for me because I can dash again by just barely grazing a moving block.

And I don’t get it either? Doesn’t the game have micro-transactions? Were they afraid that they wouldn’t get people to pay somehow?
