Yes.

I think Schur's splitting his time between B99 and Parks and he's coming on to B99 full time after Parks ends.

Yikes, Community writes its women horribly, IMO.

Whatever, I'll watch this, it looks cute. I'm watching Mulaney - clearly I have questionable standards and a lot of time.

Yeah, the immature-manchild/exasperated-love-interest-who-always-ruins-the-fun trope is so tired and I'm glad they quickly leaned away from that dynamic since the pilot. Amy's just as big of a disaster as Jake is in a lot of ways and I like that they both take turns making mistakes and giving each other the Lesson of

Yep. Being a comedian =/= being an actor.

I think the writers have decided that the easiest/best way to make Jake more likable is to give him an unrequited crush. It sands off a lot of the obnoxious edges and inherent Samberg-ness of the character while still keeping the essence of the character.

I haven't rewatched in a while so I can't really be specific, but fake combative implies both parties are somewhat on equal footing with each other. From what I can remember, it was always Ann actively trying to be nice to be April and trying to be her friend and April shutting her down because she's April and she

Yeah, I read an article yesterday which made a good point about Mulaney feeling so off because it feels so much like SNL in the worst way. The actors are all blocked really weirdly so they're all facing the audience and never actually looking at each other. Also the acting on the show is just so…off, from Mulaney who

Honestly, I never thought April mellowed out at all. The writers just started giving her random "sweet" moments which were supposed to showcase how much she really does care for everyone deep down!!!, but all of which felt really unearned to me seeing as she'd be back to awful to Ann for no reason in the next episode.

Jeff/Annie slash Jeff/Britta on Community? Not that either of those relationships was done particularly well, mind you.

Niles and Daphne were funny but I didn't actually want them to get together.

Wikipedia says this was the seventh episode in production, so the improvements make a lot of sense. I could see some good ideas behind the script, but the execution of them was still so painfully awkward to me. Like the doula coaching Black Friend through the 'birth' of the air-conditioner was a solid idea, but it

I mostly dismissed Rosa as a cheap April Ludgate knock-off at the beginning of the series which might explain why it took so long for me to warm to her, but I really like all the layers they're building within her. April being a misanthropic bitch got so old so quickly for me, especially when it seemed to come from a

They were both good but the movie was kind of ehhhhh. It's the same mediocre mumblecore indie that gets released twenty times a year.

Forget Stefon, WHAT ABOUT LASER CATS!!

I take it no-one here watches Manhattan Love Story because you all love yourselves, but MLS literally had the exact same storyline this week with Guy going on a date with someone else because he wasn't sure if they were exclusive and Girl trying to scrounge up another date to get back at him which goes disastrously.

THAT WOULD HURT ME MORE THAN IF SHE WAS ACTUALLY DEAD

Wow @ those grades, Will reallllyyyyyyyyy likes these two shows. They're cute and sometimes amusing but I find I don't really laugh that much.

I really, really like the two kids they cast for the oldest son and the youngest daughter. Some of the girl's line readings in this episode would've impressed me coming from a seasoned actor while the boy's just very natural and very likable on screen.
