Wait, so how broke is he? I thought he sold the mansion because he needed money or was it claimed/repossessed/whatevered by Queen Consolidated? How does he have any money at all? How come Felicity needs a day job to get by but not Diggle or Roy? How are they still able to use the lair under the club if it's owned by

I don't know that killing Laurel would be a good idea necessarily. I remember on The West Wing when people asked Sorkin why he didn't kill off Mandy and he said, 'Because no one would have cared.'

Sure, it was a lot of table-setting for the rest of theseason and a lot of declarations of grandiose themes, but I actually thought it was paced really well and much cleaner than a lot of S2 was. I really didn't get a disjointed feeling from it at all.

I'm trying not to read too much into it, but no one from the cast has tweeted about how great Caity Lotz is/what a joy it was to work with her etc. like they did when Colin Donnell and Susanna Thompson died. My bet is on a Lazarus Pit reveal at the end of the season.

I wonder if there are people who watch Arrow but don't watch The Flash and they're just sitting there wondering why this dweeby kid keeps popping into random episodes for five seconds without ever getting his storyline resolved.

With puns like those you could write for Gotham

Her legs are kinda freaking me out, ngl

I wouldn't call it a fridging because I assume it's primarily Laurel who's going to be motivated by Sara's death which removes a lot of icky, annoying tropes regarding women just being props just for male character development. Also, Nyssa's gonna be maaaaaad too, so there's that.

On a more coherent note, as someone who doesn't really care about Olicity, I thought they were kinda cute tonight.

HEY REMEMBER AT THE END OF S2 WHEN EVERYONE WAS LIKE 'YAY SARA SURVIVED THE FINALE THAT MEANS SHE'S STICKING AROUND FOR A WHILE' HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

The songs they used in Lost were better though. There was a really foreboding and sinister sense of creepiness underyling the jaunty melody, whereas the song they used here was just kind of meh.

That montage of Simmons getting ready to go to work at HYDRA was some shameless cribbing from Lost. Make your own kind of music, SHIELD!

Jesse L Martin's unexpected delivery of the line "Shut the hell up" cracked me up.

Critics also get screeners.

Man, that was fun.

I mean, carrot cake is delicious compared to actual carrots. Compared to other type of cake though? No way son

Terry Crews is a national treasure. From his big goofy grin while Jake was brushing his teeth to his very spontaneous (and dark) confession that he stabbed the chocolate milk store man, he is just a delight.

I think he's very good at mimicking the voices and mannerisms of certain people, but that's where his talent ends. He never manages to fully grasp exactly what's funny about the person he's playing which is why most of his impressions fall flat for me. Like, sure, he sounds like Kanye…but so what? Jon Stewart's George

Well, I had no idea who he was before I watched his show and couldn't believe someone so unbelievably wooden was given his own TV show. Then I found out he was a writer on SNL and it became obvious very quickly why he was never promoted to cast member. Not every stand-up in the world has the qualities necessary to

Mulaney isn't offensive like Dads was, but I'd say they're about equally as (un)funny.
