My field work placement this semester was a 3k class. One little boy was very attached to me, and had a habit of randomly sitting on my lap and giving me a hug. Fantastic picture. A part of me wishes he had a chance to wipe the floor with that monster, but another part of me is ugly crying because that family is suffering enough. I hope there were no repercussions for his completely human and understandable reaction. Those poor, poor women.

I misread the last bit, and got really excited because I assumed “Thank You For Your Service” was a remake of “Private Benjamin” because Goldie Hawn’s name was so close to the title. *sigh* it is not.
