I had no idea certain characters were supposed to be gods until I read it one of these reviews, although I surely would have picked up on that by now. If the show had made that clear earlier, it would have probably made the show more enjoyable. I'm still enjoying it though.

I'm glad there was a good explanation for his painting of shovels. I was going to order one, but he forgot to say how much the S&H was!

He's fun but I find these scenes exasperating because everyone's reactions to him are so unnatural, even more unnatural than the way he's acting. He's acting like he had a stroke or a concussion; they should take him to the hospital! I know I shouldn't be watching this for verisimilitude, but it's still unpleasant to

She also seems to have gotten hold of a much different version of Mad Men.

That was basically Colbert's reaction.

Oh boy, another season of reviews for two episodes that are shorter than most of the ones for single episodes.

Oh hey, I just searched YouTube to see if there was a better video of this, and the official video had just been posted 4 minutes previously. I feel extremely relevant right now. https://www.youtube.com/wat…

Strange casting. He looks nothing like John Lithgow.

This looks like it's going to be great, but the Emmys are still going to ignore the shit out of it.

That brief scene with the creep kissing the stump of the woman whose hand was missing… that must have required quite an awkward casting call.

In a society dominated by men, it's hard not to focus on them.

When I was a kid some of the other kids called them Reesee's, but I'm not sure I've heard anyone say it like that since then.

I'm mostly here for the music. The main theme is fun to hum along with.

I'll gladly admit I don't get it. I've been repeatedly confused by how much praise this season has gotten after I'd been underwhelmed by the latest episode. I'm impatient for things to happen, which is strange coming from someone who gladly watched all three and a half seasons of Treme without complaint.

He has a metal band too now. I saw him briefly at a festival last year. He'd tell some jokes about various subjects (like how hard it is to be a parent of teenagers, or how much he liked old-school metal) then he and his band would perform a song on the subject.

Holy jumpin' George!

I've been watching Bojack Horseman very slowly and I'm almost caught up. Their joke about Ann Dowd absolutely slew me.

I just watched this on DVD. There's a preview of Our Little Sister that has quote from Mike D'Angelo… but it says he's from The Dissolve. That was surprising.

I watched Moonlight for the second time. I think the first and second parts are a lot better than the third part, but maybe this is because of all the subtleties I missed. I'm bad at subtlety. (At least this time I had subtitles to help with the subtleties.) I hope Alex Hibbert, who played the littlest Little, has a
