Sorry, what were you saying?

1. That joke’s been around long before Family Guy

Meh, guess me and Dennis are never going to agree on what makes good SNL (which I’ve known since he took over in Season 40, to be fair). This was my least favorite segment of the night, and reminded of the type of self indulgent Update pieces Sandler got far too many of towards the end of his run.

A fun and sometimes introspective look at the awkward years between youth and adulthood. I mean, not that it matters, you seem primed to disagree with me no matter what (and I’m assuming are one of those dudes who only likes rap records that sound like they could have come out in ‘96).

ATAN was passionless boomer rap.

I thought it was their best political sketch in a while (shrugs)

Makes sense AVC’s audience’s main connection to Killer Mike would be Frisky Dingo.

Whoa. I saw some of this show back in S1 and it struck me as fun but not necessarily engaging enough to keep me coming back week to week. I gotta come back if they somehow got the grade Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Community, Parks & Rec, 30 Rock or The Americans could never get.

Right, cus your oh so clever Corona joke wasn’t hack at all.

Cheryl was straight up so unsupportive of Larry the whole show.

God I always forgot I’m in the greys now, I go on so little these days.

8 was a terrific ending.

I mean is anyone that mad at them? Just looks like a lot of people taking the piss. None of the celebrities are ‘cancelled’; this will have no lasting effect on their careers. People are just trying to have fun on the internet making fun of the beautiful stupid people.

Feel like the book had a lot of empathy (if not empathy, understanding at least) for Elena even when she was clearly in the wrong. Also, JESUS if your main takeaway from the book was it was just going, “oof, white people, amirite?!”

Jesus, did he fuck your mom or something?

Never really liked him but it is funny to me how much more hate he instantly got from Internet nerds the second he started dating Ariana Grande. And then he came out and said he was suicidal and everyone was like ‘oh we should probably be respectful of this for a day.’

Definitely feel Ego getting unnecessarily scrutiny from Dennis. Last week especially, when she used Black History Month as a flismy frame to (finally!) get a fun new character on air, and he spent his whole review of it complaining that she didn’t have enough to seriously say about race.

I get that SNL has a checkered past and you want to be watchful, but at a certain point how many reviews are we going to get with you questing the racial integrity of pieces clearly written by black writers (I’m not certain, but I would definitely bet Ego & Chris had a hand in writing the Charades sketch).

Other side of the coin:

His fans are the worst though. The Youtube comments for this had one where the guy literally called people “sheep” and it had over 1000 likes.
