Sure thing.
Sure thing.
I had to look it up too bc I was remembering from VHS tapes. Per snopes, a voice says "take off your clo" soooooo who knows
Given the Roseann reboot(?), can we expect Dinosaurs to get a similar treatment??
Nope.
Ya that's definitely true. Like, I remember "bomb threats" being a regular thing in elementary school, even though they were clearly just bored teens fucking around. After Columbine (jr high for me) we had to wear name badges, check in to the school, etc., and bomb threats were no longer treated as routine.
The imbedded video is about the ACA marketplace. I wanna learn about the slime, dammit!
Ya I bet you're right. As a teen during the start of the Terror Wars/Iraq craze, I'm curious what else will have a similar affect on my generational zeitgeist that's less thought about, given all the ink spilled about terrorism.
Sure, I get that. I'm too young to truly understand how the AIDs was perceived by the government or the public generally. From what I get, most people didn't understand them, and because most people didn't understand and weren't affected it was ignored (I remember old PSAs explaining how you couldn't get AIDs through…
Sorry I didn't address every issue that affected presidencies from the 1970s-present in my 6 sentences about why some people view Reagan positively.
Reagan did a lot wrong, but I think the reason people, generally, view him more favorably than not is because the 1980s were shitloads better than the 1970s, both for the US economy and global stability. Obviously people can and will argue whether that had anything to do with Reagan or his predecessors or whether it…
Don't we know that the Tuscon shooting had nothing to do with Palin? Like, it was my understanding the dude wasn't even conservative so the connection isn't as obviously linked to political rhetoric as the Arlington shooter or even the PPH shooter who talked about selling "baby parts" or some such nonsense.…
I like the part when Aladdin first goes the Princess's balcony and says "Niiice kitty" then whispers "take off your clothes." Hopefully they didn't remove that in the Bluray.
Hey I just thought about A Serious Man in connection with this season, too. Maybe I'm not incredibly dumb.
This season was an exercise in existential thinking - it kind of reminded me of A Serious Man. I enjoyed it overall, and I even liked Varga. Maybe I'm just easy to please.
So I don't wanna read through all the comments on mobile, but was there some deeper meaning for this season's opening scene (east Germany) other than to be a microcosm for the whole season?
In the eternal words of Paul Bearer, "I can't stand living, I can't stand you, and I just can't hate enough."
ahhhh the shitty dude's tshirt. what an ass.
The "My turn." line at the end was so cringe worthy my head almost exploded. I *knew* they were going to do something cheesy like that, and they pulled through with a vengeance.
in the first or second video? the header pic is just him sitting on the drums for some reason
where was that at? I didn't listen to either video fully, but yes, that is indeed fuck yourself-worthy.
