That’s possible too, but it still boils down to the real problem being the producers’ mistakes, not the people doing the sets/costumes/makeup/etc. Trying to put the blame on those people is unfair.

I’ve read about all that before, the whole Phase II to ST:TMP development was one gigantic clusterfuck of epic proportions. I’m amazed it ever made it to the screen at all!
Since their plan is to only show the premiere on TV and run the series on CBS All Access, I doubt that’d be much of an issue. They could have even have waited till later to show the premiere demo on TV, with the announcement “Like this? There’s already X episodes on CBS All Access with more coming, subscribe today!”
As someone who is starting to experience arthritis off and on (it runs in the family, eventually it’ll always be hurting) I can assure you that arthritis pain can reach levels that require serious pain medicine, even opioids to manage. I don’t know if marijuana helps arthritis pain or not as I’ve never used it, but if…
Cocaine is still used, especially in sinus surgeries. I found this out myself when I had a deviated septum in my nose repaired several years ago. My ENT told me afterward that he still used it in the surgery, but had to stop using it in the office. He used to use a solution with cocaine in it to soak the gauze in when…
They did sell most (nearly all I believe) of the stuff off in the It’s A Wrap! sale and auction. I always thought that was insanely short-sighted on their part, as Star Trek was near certain to return to TV and movies in the future.
It’d explain why she’s friends with Donkey Kong even though he keeps kidnapping her too.
Cheating was possible on consoles at least as far back as the NES and Genesis. Gaming magazines would publish cheat codes for use in the various cheating devices (such as the Game Genie) or built-in codes (things like the Konami code). Even Nintendo Power published cheat codes. Not to mention simple hacks you could…

I think I’d switch to just making food for the kid, and screw the idiot parents getting free brownies.
I remember the Laputa dub on the DVD release being so bad that my mother asked me to switch to subs. She has trouble reading the subs quickly enough, so she never does this. That dub of Laptua was basically an entirely different movie, and nowhere near as good as the original.
I’ve been watching mostly subs for years now, and I rarely have trouble focusing on both. I do read quite fast, which helps, but most sub lines aren’t very long (if done correctly) and there’s ample time to read them then view the art. And for the few times there isn’t, you can pause it, or rewind and rewatch that…
I’m not going to defend the pirates, but Denuvo doesn’t come out of this looking good. The developers say there is a performance hit, albeit a small one. Denuvo claims there’s no performance hit at all. Obviously the developers are correct, as there’s going to be some kind of hit, even if it’s too small to be…
I would include 5) It allows marketing to work on marketing campaigns with a set date to have the campaigns culminate.
Probably at signs held up that say “Laugh,” not the content necessarily.
The comments on Porter Robison’s Shelter music video were (and still are) almost entirely positive, with the main theme being that it made people cry. Amazing video, but quite sad too.
I think CG, his neck in the reflection isn’t nearly as thick. Which would make sense if they haven’t had time to finish all the CG, the reflection would be fixed before the film releases.
I use uBlock Origin, not AdBlock. uBlock lets you subscribe to multiple lists very easily. I’m subscribed to both the Adblock Warning Removal List and the Anti-Adblock killer list. Forbes works for me, and I’ve never seen the whitelist demand popup.
I suspect there wasn’t much thinking going on, possibly not even before the wreck.
That sounds like a good time to switch games. Pick one that’s easier to play and get in a victory to calm down your nerves.
