Also, my experience with Malibus (albeit, mine was older, 2008) was that they aren’t reliable. Two months after factory warrant expired with 20k+ miles left to go, my 6 speed transmission took a dump only for gm to issue a recall years after I sold it. If gm can't get a regular automatic right, I have serious doubts

I think what you’re looking for is the Lamborghini LM002.

I need not go any further. I think you win.

You forgot Avenger. That’s also a whole group of  existing super heros.

Or buy a stick...

The house my wife and I bought a couple years ago has a furnace, ac, and a roof that are all over 25 years old...

I wonder if the mileage carries over or if it will revert to the mileage currently on the Maverick.

I own a manual transmission. It is my daily and I thoroughly enjoy driving it, except on the rare occasions I must drive in gridlock. It’s no longer fun then. Fortunately where I live (metro Detroit) and where I work (Detroit), traffic isn’t normally congested.

Yeah, it seemed like it would have been quite the boat anchor.

Right? My mind goes straight to Al Cowlings.

That’s right up there with it's predecessor:

I agree. But those wheels suck.

Don’t forget pickup truck. Someone mentioned that too. If we wait long enough, I’m sure we will be able to add minivan, tractor trailer, and sailboat to your list too.

It’s got a spoiler, that counts for something, right?

I do think there is a line between point cars and muscle cars that the Mustang, Camaro, and even the Challenger cross within there model ranges. Vehicles with the base engine, sure, those are pony cars, but once you start looking at the Cobras (legit ones, not Mustang II), gt350/500, zl1, COPO, 392, Hellcat, Demons,

That Mustang II looks dope.

I think the base mustang engine you are thinking of was the 4.0v6 that made 210hp.

I’m going to say the Chrysler Cord.... I mean Dodge Charger (75-78).

Performance wise, they may not have been much, but they did generally look pretty good, especially as that generation progressed and higher performance variants came out.
