I never said it was? All I said is that there are legitimate reasons to be upset about losing your phone. You can get upset about things that are not life threatening. I'm applying for jobs right now and if I lost my phone and thus missed potential employers' attempts to contact me? I would be upset.

I love how you feel that using "white" as an insult is such a natural thing to do that no one will even wonder why you dragged race into this for no damn reason.

I think you're taking "dictating" too literally. Also, where is this being described as "groundbreaking" or "unique"? I guess I just have a hard time feeling sympathetic when the method for protesting about Hollywood's lack of diversity is to attack the artists that are working, and their films, rather than the

Thanks for revealing the real reasons you'd like to see more movies written and directed by women. That was helpful.

I was homeschooled. I followed a normal curriculum that had no religious influence at all. I was supervised by a credentialed teacher who I could email or call if necessary. I graduated two years early from high school. Nothing wrong with homeschooling if it's done right.

Nah, you're totes making it about you.

Exactly. You wanna make fun of evil North Korean generals? Be my guest. But why should this be one of the few roles Asians have?

My point is that there are limited roles for POC, especially Asians, and the roles themselves lack diversity.

My point is that there are limited roles for POC, especially Asians, and the roles themselves lack diversity.

Yeah, after listening her talk about what she went through with "All-American Girl," I don't think Cho is someone who's letting television tell her what to do with her roles.

No but as an Asian woman she has the right to make fun of the dictator of her people. Lighten up., you are internalizing and making this about you.

I see your point and I do think it applies to a vast majority of the industry. I just wouldn't apply it to Cho. I may have been reaching a bit when I said she's AS successful as Louis CK. He has become a juggernaut, outpacing most of the comedy industry. Her career is more comparable to Amy Sedaris, Will Arnett or

How can you not give a shit about North Korea when a woman of North Korean Descent (who still has family there) is publicly making fun of North Korea and recent events?

I feel like you're purposefully ignoring the main points I'm making. If you'd rather not discuss this, I get it. People are piling on and I've been there. It's not fun. That said I do actually think I'm bringing some points to the table that are worth talking about if you care to address them. Again, my point is

Yep. Created it just for you. Oh and missandy on there as well. First time I have ever responded to a comment online as well. People suck, today's people are a bunch of wusses. Everything hurts everyone's feelings and I'm sick of the dissecting of a situation like it's the end of the world.

"His"? I now know I misread the article. I'd be bitch slapping my daughter for being the asshole who shared my picture and dared the boy.

SHHHHHHH!!!

The alternative is to let her die. The child does not understand the choice here. She is not mature enough to understand it is this or death. The mother has successfully crippled her emotionally and intellectually, and the child is afraid to cross the mother.

No. She will then be an adult who though greatly harmed by a neglectful mother will be beyond help. That does not mean that the state has no responsibility to rescue her while she is still a minor. There is always the hope that when her life is saved, that evidence and the separation from her abuser will have given

There's a difference when it comes to public health. If a patient has aggressive cancer with a very low survival rate it is understandable to choose not to treat it. But this is curable and seems to be more a question of her mother brainwashing her.
